About Johnathon M. Bush
Johnathon Bush, age 20, is an awarding entrepreneur, professional speaker, and motivator.
Johnathon Bush graduated from Central Catholic High School (Toledo, OH) in 2011. At the age of thirteen, Johnathon wanted to work and found out that he was too young. As a kid he had a talent for baking and loved sweets so March of 2006 he put the two together which led to the formation of Not Just Cookies.
Johnathon started his company by sending 20 letters to family and friends letting them know he was starting a cookie business. His company grew by word of mouth and he quickly established a loyal customer base. A year and a half into the business, Johnathon decided to use all natural ingredients and baking stones to create a better product. He also formed a website to attract online customers and allow people to pay using credit cards.
Not Just Cookies has grown steadily since the start of the company in March of 2006. The company’s most recent venture is the launching of gourmet, frozen cookie dough available for fundraising. Johnathon has won numerous awards since his early high school career including: Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (Regional Winner), Youth Walk of Fame Award, ACT-SO Gold Medalist, National Federation of Independent Business, Daniel J. Mirto Young Entrepreneur Award.
Johnathon also served as a US Delegate at the G20 Young Entrepreneurship Summit in 2012 and an Attendee at the New York Stock Exchange NextGen Bootcamp. Johnathon is also honored to have recieved "Special Congressional Recognition for all his accomplishments with Not Just Cookies.
Johnathon was also honored to be featured in Abec's Small Business Review Top Stories in 2010 and recently author and Launch Life Pro in the Launch Life book which will be released this Spring.
